Temporary Employees – we love them!  They walk into a new company, onto a brand new team, and contribute from Day One.  We can’t count how many times our employees have performed seemingly superhuman feats for our clients.  Advanced is always trying to show our appreciation for our valuable employees, which is why we started “Advanced Superstars.”   Each time an Advanced employee achieves a Superstars tier, we celebrate!

The Hall of Fame

The average tenure of a temporary assignment is two to three months.  So, when someone has worked 5,000 hours for us (over two and a half years!)?  That’s BIG.  The Advanced Resources “Hall of Fame” permanently honors all of our “Superstar” employees.  Superstars, you set a shining example for the success that can be achieved through temporary employment.  Thank you for your hard work for Advanced and for our clients.  .  

Our superstars are celebrated each April at our annual Advanced Resources “Hall of Fame” Reception.  (note:  our 2012 Hall of Fame Reception will be held on Thursday, April 26)
