About Quality" measures our performance on three
main dimensions:
- Pre-Assignment Feedback
from our candidate on their interviewing experience
with us
- On-Assignment Feedback
from both the client and candidate about their current
assignment experience
- Post-Assignment Feedback
from both the client and candidate about their total
assignment experience.
We
share all measures with you during our periodic Performance
Review Meetings, in which we 1.) continually clarify
your dynamic expectations, 2.) gather your honest feedback
about your performance, and 3.) establish goals for
your future partnership. |
