Chicago, IL — November 13, 2015 — The Advanced Group, a Chicagoland diversified professional staffing, consulting, and outsourcing organization, announced today that they have been selected as one of the Chicago Tribune’s Top 100 Workplaces. This is the sixth consecutive year in which the Advanced Group has received this honor.
The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 45 major publishing partners across the United States. More than 6,000 organizations are surveyed each year, turning to WorkplaceDynamics to better understand what’s on the minds of their employees. Through its workplace improvement offerings, WorkplaceDynamics provides solutions, training, and tools to help clients improve their workplace.
The Tribune held an awards ceremony at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park on November 12, 2015 to recognize the winners. Rich Diaz, President of Advanced Resources, one of the Advanced Group’s businesses, was in attendance to accept the award on the Advanced Group’s behalf. “I am very proud of our organization,” said Rich. “Our goal is to make a difference and to provide staffing experiences unlike any other firm. We can’t accomplish these things without a highly engaged and motivated workforce. Being recognized as one of the Tribune’s Top Workplaces validates our commitment to attracting, retaining, and developing the best possible talent.”
