Advanced Resources has an immediate opening for an Interim Human Resources Manager to support our client in the Chicago market. The right candidate will have a passion for making a direct impact on everything people related in the organization.
Summary:
In this position, the ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to leaders in a multi-site environment, which includes partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders
- You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management
- You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives
- Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups
- Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
- Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization
- Partner with center of excellence team members (total rewards, talent acquisition, talent, learning and development) to support/deliver best in class HR to enable managers and their team achieve results
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
