The Senior Recruiter is responsible for handling staffing services, managing onboarding new employees, interviewing potential candidates, evaluating various department operations, and identifying hiring needs by communicating with senior management.

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for handling staffing services, managing onboarding new employees, interviewing potential candidates, evaluating various department operations, and identifying hiring needs by communicating with senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize ATS systems to manage full-cycle, end-to-end, high volume recruiting efforts
- Manage applicant database and tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations, including company compliance
- Track, monitor and report all recruiting activities within internal system and manages all job posting and job descriptions for compliance
- Manage compensation packages while utilizing payroll software
- Utilize social media (twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to market job opportunities and source for passive candidates
- Create internal company LinkedIn social media strategy, including branding, content management and training
- Utilize the internal CRM system to source and track potential candidates for various positions, including contract roles
- Maintain company's applicant tracking database with accurate and complete information of all candidates recruited/hired
- Partner with Sr managers to develop staffing strategy for current and future needs including pipelines for future business needs
- Establish and foster relationships with hiring managers, candidates and referral sources through social networking avenues such as LinkedIn and Facebook
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment/candidate sourcing required
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent experience
- Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Applicant Tracking System, Social Media, Collaboration, and Communication skills
- Attention to detail, active listening, multi-tasking, and relationship building skills
